Leavescat's Tormented Demon guide using unicorn+ovls

The guide is a commented version of a full tormented demon trip (sped up for time), to give you an idea of the drops and pace that I get on any given trip.
Basic notes: The flame shield reduces all damage by 1/4, except for darklight. When the demon switches off of protect melee, hit any non-zero hit with darklight to remove its shield for about 1 minute.
Tormented demons switch prayers when you deal 310+ damage with an attack style. A hit of 0 counts as 20 damage towards its counter. Looking at your xp counter, a hit of 165xp is usually 310 damage, while over that is guarenteed. 160-164xp on your first hit means that the second will switch it's prayer, regardless of damage.
Notes on equipment: I have tried all the chaotic weps besides staff at tds, and I found that rapier and maul end up being about the same average killspeed, but only if you're a fast switcher for rapier. Maul is easier to use, so I reccomend it. Cls just turns out to be inaccurate. If your attack is low (around 90) and you don't have extremes, rapier is more accurate than maul, and should be used. If you don't have chaotics, use a godsword. Dragon halberd is just suck in terms of dps, and doesn't help too much for safety. I can do just fine without halberd; just don't bring it. Note that every so often, I see some dude using a dragon halberd, and it's always someone with no clue what he's doing (including a lv 132 who didn't even manage to half-kill one before running out of food).
I use Full elite void in this video; the prayer bonus helps. Also, I reccomend soul wars cape over fire cape, as I can stay significantly longer with sw cape. If you don't have claws for a spec wep, enhanced excalibur is good for comfort, or godsword specs are good. For some reason, if you use darklight's special attack, it doesn't remove the shield.
The segment at the end is 30 screenshots of 30 different frames in the death animation of 30 different tormented demons. It took a while to put that together.

@BaufenBeast yeah, I don't use void, that's probably why i like it.

@NorwegianFr34k Hm... I suppose, though really, anyone with the stats to do tormented demons well should have chaotic weps. I should've said I suppose, but I reccomend 90+ attack, str, and range. With that, extreme pots, and chaotics, you should be able to start killing it before it puts shield back up.

@omenakookos Tried it once, it's a lot harder without soul split, and it's more clicking per switch. Very hard to do a void switch with rigour/piety switch too. If you have steel titan, it doesn't matter, you need curses for soul split, and you don't range on your own much anyway. Not gonna do a steel titan guide cause woox16's are far better.
