In Vietnam, those yellow spotted keelbacks, near water and rice paddies, and human habitats, are non venomous snakes. But, if it heads flattens and raises off the ground then thats a Chinese Cobra, or if it is a Krait, or a green white tipped viper, or a Chinese Green Viper, then those are venomous, and very dangerous. Near human dwellings and rice paddies, though, the keelback is non venomous.
