The action of the series unfolds 400 years after mankind has completely disappeared from the face of the Earth. The aliens as an experiment decide to revive the race of people, in the extermination of which they are guilty. This is how Ezra, Abram and Fina come into the world. The heroes have to learn to interact with the mysterious aliens, master their technology and find a common language with each other, as they are entrusted with a great mission. However, they soon encounter dangerous secrets that threaten to destroy humanity once again.

    I found a time machine buried in my back yard when I built a swimming pool. I used it and discovered everything in this movie comes true. I will now always take every crappy Hollywood Sci-Fi movie plot very seriously. They know things! They can tell the future.

    DESPITE THE MANY WHO FIND THIS TOO TEDIOUS / I AM GRATEFUL FOR OUR NARRATIVE FOR MAKING SENCE OF IT ALL!! Often these stories give us just a Need to Know basis of a story-we the audience put the puzzle pieces together-ONCE WE THINK WE HAVE IT FIGURED OUT-SIX MORE LAYERS OF THE STORY EMERGE- DONE KNOW DOUBT TO DRAW US IN LIKE A GOOD BOOK AND THE AUDIENCE STAYS TO FINALLY KNOW THE ANSWERS! Because that’s what we do! 👍

    I remember that TV show. It was pretty good up until the end whete thecwriters seemed to have written themselves into a box. Interesting show, though. It was on TV back in the nineties, I think.

    Your interpretation of the concept was my favourite part. Values are what make spaces safe or dangerous. I used to believe every human was born with base needs & values. Such as being made for relationship. We are at our best in loving relationships. To understand or to be understood. To matter. To be safe and secure - to thrive. But, apparently not. My Utopian ideals squashed. So, unlike others here, based on your analysis at the end, I think it was a worthy pursuit. Are you a writer yourself?

    It was actually on BYUTV, and compared to more of the drivel you find on network tv, I found it quite refreshing. It didn’t count on mindless violence or gratuitous nudity. Some of the premise wast a bit far fetched, but no worse then anything else there

    People don’t understand that “Lost” was actually well written and there was a thread that fell apart since the series went longer than expected. They ruined a great show with a stupid ending.

    This series is a classic case of the filmmaker getting over ambitious ...originally it was written to be a movie telling the whole story but the producer wanted a TV series so switched it,obviously getting a series to take off is a lot harder than a one off movie
