Not like any roller rink w/skaters I ever experienced in my life. I grew up in the Midwest hanging out in the few roller rinks we had in our town. This is a beautiful explosion of pure talent, music, movement, color, balance, and teamwork - wow!

Wow! The knees!! Yes! I’m so proud of our people who are getting this exercise and strengthening. Our black young men and ladies skating is keeping them strong and fit. If you can skate…. NEVER STOP!! The knees!! I mean going all the way down to the floor! Having fun and socializing🎉! This is so healthy. My mother used to take me to… I think it was called…the Savoy Skating Rink in Chicago back in the 70’s and She Skated too!! This is a strong part of the black culture. Keep it up! Love it!!

I was thinking when I was a teenager in the late 70s early 80s and every weekend me and my friends went skating. It was so much fun! I’m not sure what happened over the years but its hard to even find a skating rink and even the drive inn movie theaters are gone. I wish every town had a skating rink so people could get out of the house instead of playing video games etc so cool seeing all these skaters 💟✌️every town definitely needs a skating rink!!
