Thank goodness for all these cheap plastic do-dads from Dollar Store with which to make decorative items that eventually deteriorate and add micro plastics into our environment. Can't folks get creative enough to collect existing natural items from the back yard, forest, beach, etc with which to make decor.

Leave the two colanders open a bit to allow birds to nest in there. You'll need to bend or trim the flower stems. Spray the ball with glow in the dark paint for an Animal Crossing moss foot stool. Lol.
