The stats are a little misleading. Actually Martina has a total of 59 Grand Slams, its just that 41 were doubles. People who really understand can see that no one in our lifetimes, in this era, has even a remote chance to win 60 slams. It's really crazy.

Martina owns this record for all time. There is zero chance of anyone breaking this record.

Arantxa Sanchez Vicario. No tenía un gran juego pero nunca daba una bola por perdida y siempre luchaba.
  • The woman shown at 28 may be a “Svetlana Kuznetsova” but definitely not THE Svetlana Kuznetsova
  • Respectfully, while I agree with most of the selected players, the ranking positions are off for several of them. Just going by titles won is not the way to rank them. You can win 15 titles at 250 level events and, 10 at 500, but have 1 major. That doesn't make you better than a player with 14 titles overall but 6 1000 titles and 3 majors. Serena has to be at least top 2. Swiatek needs to be higher, as does Henin, while King, Wade, and Davenport should be lower.
  • Margaret Smith Court won 192 Titles. If it is 92 through Open Eras ! Why Grandslam remain 24 ? Will be lesser than 24 counting only from Open Eras
