Crazy hockey parents aren't only in Canada, they're here in Colorado too!
Their team had 4 penalties AT THE SAME TIME! Party in the box!!! They had at least one kid in the penalty box for about 75% of the game.
A shame our kids had to witness crazy prior to going on the ice.
Great job Arvada parents!
(It was a great game though)

Wow so now I understand why all parents in Ontario now have to take the behaviour course before their kids can even play hockey in Ontario great job

The only thing that works for idiotic parents is if the rink management states that offenders will have their team disqualified. Once that rule was instituted; the majority of parents (that are decent) started to police the bad apples. It worked in our league & others are starting to do the same.

There is always one COOL GUY DAD with the dumb ugly sleeveless vest. Sick vest man!!! Really cool!
  • When I coached I had to have one father barred from the arena for the season. The next year he took his son elsewhere to play and my buddy told me he was banned from there as well. To bad his wife is a really nice woman. Go figure.
  • This is why officials in Canada have the authority to kick spectators out of the rinks if they misbehave.

Before are hockey season, parents have to fill out a form saying that they wont fight. Great job.

As a hockey sister here in buffalo, I’ve seen the cops called at least once or twice a season, I’ve seen a parent punch a ref, I’ve seen refs kick all parents out, I’ve seen opposing parents try to get my brothers bantam team eliminated from a tournament because of a player’s name accidentally being on the roster (the player was just in remission and recovering from beating cancer). My little brother played for 10+ years until he was halfway through high school last year. I went to every single game for him (and because I’ve loved hockey probably more than he does for my entire life) for the past 10+ years and this isn’t even nearly all of the things that I’ve seen at the games over the years. So many hockey parents are just absolutely bat shit crazy and will do anything to get their perfect child to the nhl, luckily mine are sane 😂
  • This woman in the black I thought was the same girl I went to high school with lol same look and voice and attitude
