  • Shaun is MVP. He brings his own A game, then inspires everyone else around him to learn and improve.
  • What ever you pay Shawn probably isn't enough as he's proving talent like his is pretty rare. Cool talented dude.
  • What I like about Shaun is his humble demeanor. He has so many talents and is willing and happy to share his expertise to teach others. Couldn't have found a better addition to the shop!
  • Next you need to send Dimri to Speed Vegas for a week for Drift Training and can feature her learning to Drive Drift Style
  • @trumpio
Shaun is elevating your game and the projects are getting cooler. Great addition to the team.
  • I am glad we are seeing more of Shawn. He is a great addition to the Layton Family.
  • You should Acid dip the pacer before paint so the whole car can get the Robby Layton paint and body work!
  • Rear suspension needs to be compressed at ride height so shackles will be in correct angle before setting leaf spring perches and welding.
  • Shawns skills are off the chart. His skills are making you all better Awesome work all !!!
  • @graxav
Watching a team build that is constructive and smart is rare indeed. Keep it good folks.
  • Shaun is a Legend..! Is exciting to see him gradually get more and more comfortable with the camera... Loving this build series... :D

Great video Guys.. Looks like Hillbilly's learning alot. Shaun's a great adult brained inspiration to all. He's got great experience and knowledge to pass along. I also, love the way "The BOSS" was keeping an eye on you, making sure you did her car right.. and the "Camera Dude" doing his usual best at Videoing Y'all's work. See Ya Later..

"its not my car" Ok Robbie what did you do? Did you forget what she wanted and started building what you wanted? Happy wive happy life remember.
  • All the Boss wanted was a running Pacer, and you do this to her car.
  • @ReNeu60
Having someone like Shaun there to say " that is no problem" Just increases the quality of that build buy a 1000% . Anyone else would have had to move the engine forward or hack something else to make that all work. I also love the plasma table as I use cad often to figure out some of my projects to see if they work. So cool how accurate they cut. I didn't even know plasma would cut aluminum that clean.
  • Welding Aluminum. Only use carbide burrs or files never use sanding stones, paper or any abrasive grit type tools that can get impregnated into the base metal.. You will always see kittle black floaties in your puddle.. (inclusions and contaminates) You will do just fine, its relatively EASY TO WELD ITS CLEAN AND SHINNY WHEN WELDING IT... 35 yr AEROSPACE WELDER..

When gorgeous Demri said “It’s not my car” I felt that what she wanted when she bought the Pacer was a pink, cool, daily driver with a powerful engine. I hope she will be pleased with what Robby has in mind for her car.
