3dimensional minecraft devlog #4

At the moment implemented:
* "blocky" effects to visualize smoke/explosions/lightnings e.t.c

* star "dust" to visualize speed

* structure generation (currently simple trees)
* sky filled with stars (glsl shader) to visualize flying direction
* collision (of course with some some glitches)
* unlimited 3D terrain generation, building tools, save/load
