Basements should be for car parking not used for other purposes unless its so designed with proper air circulation and water drainage systems

I remember in 2022 , the clogged water broke the raus gate and flooded the entire parking lot. It was scary. It's not something new almost every basement library gets flooded during 🌧️ rain

Major reason behind this incident is Delhi-Central government conflict.Delhi government is not able to run the government properly and the central government is trying to prevent them from running the government.

Sewage treatment plants, regular cleaning, Waste Management plants, better roads, responsible management, sensitivity for human life, more clean and green spaces, urban planning is the dire need of whole country specially places like these. We can take example of cities like Brussels where they have sewer management museum, water treatment is priority. If this is our capital think of other places, it's tragic. Students and all others who live there fight this daily. It's heartbreaking, Prayers for students and families. 🤍🙏
