We made this tonight. The Garlic Parm specifically. Just make it. It's soo good. If you can't find shallot, use a 1/4 of sweet yellow onion. If you can't find fresno chillis use cracked red pepper. Trust me. It's better than not having this.

I literally got drunk last night and kinda passed out i had this wild dream where i was at a party and suddenly josh was there and he forced me to make meatballs but i didnt know the recipe and he was yelling at me and then everyone at the party started taking sides and fighting with random meatballs and then i woke up
