I’m almost 60 years old and in my lifetime the U.S. has never been any close to being this f-up. I am afraid for my kids and grandkids!

This is what happens after 40 years of taking money away from public education you have two generations of semi literate adults. That can be manipulated.

If the boys of Normandy could come back and witness this atrocity I am sure they would be sick to their stomach’s. This was NOT what they fought and died for.

As an European I am afraid. Americans are so important to save the democracy. Please, please don't give up your democracy. Please do not go any further in the direction of autocracy.

I remember one concerned father in a meeting said "If you only care about democracy when it goes your way, then you don't actually care about democracy."

Don't think this cannot happen again.

It’s all about keeping power and influence. None of it is about helping make people’s lives better.

It’s easier to fool someone than it is to convince someone that they’ve been fooled.

It's kind of insane that these people know that they are potentially ruining the country yet there are no repercussions for them.

I've never felt so pessimistic about my country. It doesn't have anything to do with political ideology; rather, it's about sanity vs.insanity, and the fact that the insane have so much influence on the course of our civic life.

Everyone of these people acted with ABSOLUTELY NO EVIDENCE AT ALL. NOT ONE SHRED. The number of people who should be in prison for this is staggering.
