A picture of your ultrasound to use as a focal point is good because when you're exhausted and in pain looking at it helps remind you to be strong and remind you of what you are going through is for.

Under 10 seconds 👇🏼(I am so excited for little baby ace!!!!!) edit1: almost at 500 likes!!!!
  • Don't forget ibuprofen or advil for headaches for Chase. With all the excitement and lack of sleep my husband had headaches with a couple of our babies births! Nipple cream doesn't take up much room and is a good idea to have on hand. You probably already have a pediatrician picked out but if you don't definitely research before because atleast at my hospital i work at they require you to have babies appointment set before discharge. Also from a newborn hearing screener, don't stress if they don't pass the first time, most of the time it is due to extra fluid from birth and usually pass no problem on second screen!Congratulations!! You both are going to be amazing parents! ❤

  • Impressed with seeing you have an open mind to what may or may not occur. It’s important for both your and your baby’s health and safety! Some pointers: do not take anything you would not be willing to lose! Items can be removed inadvertently and placed into the hospital laundry. If you have something very important-keep it packed and in the closet. You won’t need burp clothes. If you are choosing to breastfeed, no need for the cover. It MAY be difficult to get baby latches without total visibility. Ask for lactation help even if baby appears to be doing well. Nipple Cream has always been available at hospitals-you may have to ask for it. If you are settled on particular cream, bring it anyway, since you likely won’t have a choice in the hospital. Generally speaking, pacifiers should not be used in the beginning; all sucking activity should be at the breast. After breastfeeding is established, they are fine to use as long as he isn’t giving feeding cues. Newborns should be feeding at least 8 times in 24 hours, so literally every 2-ish hours is normal! Sleep when he sleeps. (Let everyone else do things like cleaning, cooking-your job is the baby) If you don’t understand something, ASK! Much luck!

Yes on the speaker. A pillow and blanket are optional. I bought both because I ended up having C-sections and get homesick really easy. The hospital will definitely have all the necessities for you and baby. (Nip cream, pads, diapers, wipes and a pacifier) Our hospital wouldn't allow our clothing until we were released. All hospitals are different. I BF for almost two years. My only advice is getting those hot/cold packs that can sit in your nursing bras. For possible swelling and discomfort for Momma. I also used washable breast pads. I think what you have is perfect. Good luck on your first little one!

You're going to be the best mom! Praying for you and a healthy baby boy! ❤
  • When I had my daughters the hospitals used to do a newborn photo shoot so I would bring an outfit for pics but I don't know if they do that anymore. Also the first few days the 0-3 month clothes were really big and I found that getting like a premie onesie or sleeper was helpful.
  • Kenn is the best❤❤❤❤❤ that baby will be loved 😍 🥰 ❤️. What a nice gift for Valentines for Kenn and Chase!!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤
  • @tiffanykimes4618
Anything you need the hospital will have I promise you..but yes snacks for chase.
  • I love how exited chase and kenn are they cant wait and kenn your glowing r so pretty I am so happy for u and wish that Ace will be a healthy and happy baby
  • I haven’t had baby but I’ve watched tons of these videos I heard a lot of people say to bring your own towel ( because the hospital ones are thin sometimes ) and robe if you want to bathe or shower.
  • Maybe a little overkill but everyone does it their first go around. It'll change with the next baby 😊 baby will be swaddled the majority of the time I definitely wish I'd of brought my own Muslim blankets. Also, my own cozy blanket! You want the boppy! Definitely your prefered brand of pacifier (one that resembles a nipple since your breastfeeding), you want the baby to be accustomed to it as it helps prevent SIDS! Congratulations! Can't wait for you to experience motherhood❤❤
  • @emiilyjaane7
I can NOT believe he is already about to be here! Where did time go?! Congrats Kenn 💐👏🏻🎉 Also recommend you bring a boppy pillow it will be more comfortable when breastfeeding.

I am so excited to see Ace. He so lucky to have so many ants and unklys.😍🥰❤❣🎀
  • Hi Kenn, can't wait to meet him. For suggestions, I think you should bring like your own diaper creams and diapers because the ones given by the hospital might cause rashes. Definitely bring the nursing pillow with different covers for easier feeding.❤
  • @Londonja3447
