Just an opinion - try different seasonings on the sweet potato , like 1 day use chilli flakes, next day some oregano, then some garlic likewise.

I actually gave up on the sweet potatoes in the 8th day but now I'll continue doing it with Brussels sprouts, wich has a higher nutritionon value... So far I'm doing this for 8 days and I lost 8kg. Hopefully the change will not affect the loosing tempo :)

You are so right .. i am so sick of the sweet potatoes, already after day one xD but my tipp: don't cook them! Try making them in the over just like french fries (without oil ofc!) Compared to the cooked ones it tastes reaaaaaallly good ;3

True, maybe try different ways to eat the sweet potato, i sometimes boil it and cut it into cubes add some lime/lemon and a little bit of black salt, or bake chips, sometimes grill them and some recipes from chloe, or u can find many online, the main focus is that there is only 1 type of food, which helps with digestion, so switching things up and making it tastier is a good way to go about this
