I like the fact we are being taught how. Many are showing doing, but not why or why not. Then turn to a huge sale pitch. I understand there is a need. Things cost to do. Thanks for not doing infocommercal.

50 years ive hunted turkeys and your spot on when u talk turkey hunting.

This is one of your best because you went slow while you taught. Most of the time you crack me up on how how passionate and fast you talk trying to pass all your knowledge to us.

I am a novice. I called in a jake for my 13 year old daughter today after watching your video. I was quiet at the right time and she smoked this bird at 30 yards. An epic experience for us. Thanks for the tips!

Happy to see a new video. I had a turkey hang up on the other side of a stone wall . He was on private land and I was on public I could have grabbed him . He never crossed over and lived to strut again .Can't wait for turkey season to open in New Hampshire. Good luck this year.

Thank you for all the content! We still got snow on the ground up in Maine but I’m getting excited

Really enjoy your videos Matt.. I have been turkey hunting for 31 years.. I’m an addict and can’t wait for season to open every year.. I often learn something new watching your videos.

You've helped me sharpen my turkey hunting arsenal, I've only been hunting turkeys about 7 years and I've learned alot, and had great success. Thanks for your videos sir. Looking forward to the next one! 🤙🏼

I'm a well seasoned turkey hunter/guide for over 30 years & that was very good advice.

Been spring gobbler hunting for over 25 years. Just came across Dale Outdoors for the first time a week ago. Dale is SPOT ON with all his tips and advise. Believe me I learned by the mistakes he points out. Best advise I’ve come across wether YouTube, Tv or anything else. New subscriber here.

Mr. Dale, I’ve been hunting turkey for 40+ years. I’ve made many, many mistakes when working a turkey. Experience is a great teacher but it sure is frustrating in the moment. You are doing a great service to not only inexperienced turkey hunters but also us old timers. I really enjoy your videos. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience. 👍

Silence can be your #1 tool.... I learned this the hard way last year... great info

Another great video; another great example of why you are my #1 turkey killin resource. Thank you Dale!

Hello Dale, I need to thank you. All your videos are by far the most accurate depiction of turkey behavior. I was able to use your techniques regarding when to call and not to call. In my first ever hunting trip/session I managed to get two birds! Thank you!

What a great intro lol i love the music. Like an old school hunting show from the 80s
-
Awesome video,I love that you push hard to get the bird to come to you by any means necessary 💪

Good info man! Trying to polish up for this spring turkey season, thanks.

Thank you so much for this video. I’m really glad you talked about how to call when a turkey is on the other side of a fence on a neighbor’s property. Everything I’ve been told and read has said to stop calling once a gobbler is approaching, and I’ve had 3 situations in the last couple days where gobblers have hung up on the other side of a fence and I stayed quiet hoping they’d come over, and only tried calling again once they started to leave. I’ll try calling more aggressively next time. Thanks again

Learned the hard way just as you described. Three nice Toms strutting in place 130 yards away across cut corn field. Calling and calling trying to get them off a hen that one gobbler mounted. I didn't have decoys with me that day. Yesterday talked with those three again and when they came running I shut it down until they turned their backs at 55 yards upon seeing decoys but no sound. Hit them with a mouth call and they immediately turned back towards my decoys. Dropped the biggest one (I think) at 42 yards. Need to perfect my calling but can't complain getting my first turkey my first year turkey hunting
