Rosary in Latin (Sorrowful Mysteries) with Dr. Taylor Marshall (Rosary Course #13)

My dear brother I am so very grateful to have found you on YouTube. Praying the rosary after many decades has helped me turn back to my blessed mother and her son our Lord. I'm 71 and have the pearly gates within spitting distance. I feel the love and mercy of my savior and the comfort and assurance of our blessed mother to hold out till he calls me home. Dr Marshall, I will admit that I initially skipped your Latin prayer videos because I am a newbie convert and considered this Latin praying to be “too advanced” for me. I watch all your videos but these I have missed. I am reading St Francis de Sales’ “Introduction to the Devout Life” and came across In the second part of the introduction “the necessity of prayer” his point #6 says, “If you follow my advice you will say your Pater, Ave Maria, and Credo in Latin, but you should also learn to understand well the words in your own language so that while saying them in the common language of the Church you can also appreciate the wonderful and beautiful meaning of those holy prayers.” 🤯 I am on board now and will be learning these prayers in Latin ! Thank you!!

I’m finally on “The Team”! I prayed that Mother Mary would give me a love for the Rosary and I finally got it thanks to our Blessed Mother Mary! This feeling of love just came over me one day as I was saying the Rosary and I almost cried with happiness. Now I love praying the Rosary and I pray it every day! We should all pray the Rosary as much as we can because God will come like a thief in the night and take your soul and in the twinkling of an eye you will be sitting before the throne of God answering for all the things you’ve done and haven’t done. If you do more Latin rosaries, would you add the St. Michael the Archangel prayer in Latin?

A couple of months ago we started saying the rosary in Latin once a week before Latin mass. I love it. I was sceptical and never thought I could learn it but I have learned the Our Father, Hail Mary, Gloria Patri, the Fatima Prayer and half of the Salve Regina.and will keep learning mote Latin prayers. They are beautiful and I also appreciate the mystery of the Latin mass. We are truly blessed to have a priest who offers Latin to his parish. I regard this as one of the signal graces Our Lady bestowed on me since I started praying the rosary every day 7 years ago. Without the rosary I would have no faith to speak of. Our Lady has returned me to my baptismal vow and a love for Our Lord Jesus Christ. Thank you Mother of Mercy.

For protection for my family during the coming chastisement and the three days of darkness. Amen. St. Joseph, terror of demons, pray for us and protect us. Amen.

Thank you! Lately, as a cradle Catholic, I missed 😢, hearing our prayers in Latin. In my Prayer Book from my Youth, 1950s-middle 60s Catholic Schools.. our daily prayers. I took it out and started reading and praying. It is sooo nice I came across you saying our Rosary in Latin !! Again, thank you!! ❤
