Good morning, all: What a way to wake up in NYC with this incredible cheese market tour! Marion has done a fabulous job explaining the process of cheese making in France. We have an outstanding cheese market here in Greenwich Village and I took several photos with my phone so I can check them out at some point over the weekend. I just got back home from Paris yesterday. I plan on baking a Camembert and eating it with a baguette and fig jam later today. The cheese in France π«π· is unmatched.

I brought back Comte and Beaufort. Was happy I did...because it is so hard to find those cheese in the US. Made a great fondue with it.
