Microsoft negotiated exclusivity for it. We found that out during the FTC trial.

Xbox and PC. Just like all Xbox Consoles exclusives. Xbox will release multiplayer games multiplatform.

Good for Microsoft. We PlayStation fans already have a massive slew of popular exclusive games; Ratchet and Clank, Jak and Daxter, God of War, Uncharted, Marvel's Spider Man, The Last of Us etc. Why shouldn't Microsoft have that same privilege with the Xbox?
