Amazing adopters for giving this scared girl a sanctuary and then helping her grow beyond the experiences she had so far.
  • @frankbreuer8849
Brilliant. As a therapist of 30 years I know a little bit about the Principles of Learning and Behaviour. This video demonstrates outstanding application and execution of those principles. The steps he takes are small enough so the dog can follow without fear. His explanations are spot on. Last, most important, he leads with presence in a calm manner. Thanks. Goodbye to the haters.

As an autistic person it makes sense. You're providing a sensory experience (the collar) that is stronger than the fear response. And because of that, it can ground the dog in the reality of the present moment. It's communication. Sometimes it has to be strong to get the dogs attention.
  • For anyone reading this: I know that dog training can be difficult sometimes, but you're doing great. Keep up the good work, and your dog (and your own sanity) will thank you for it! ❤️💕

That dog is so lucky to have been adopted by a couple so committed to helping this dog that they attended @DogDaddy training. They’ll all make it and pursue happiness!❤
  • @nancymesek
I rescued a terrified dog. Time, patience and understanding her fears turned her into a fabulous dog. Every new thing was taken slowly. She blossomed and had a wonderful life with our family. The dog here is one I’d love to own.

Ppl often don’t realize that a dog needs to physically move FORWARD to change their behaviour. It has a release in the limbic system. Wonderful that this dog has a new start to Life, looks like a really nice dog under all the fear❣️
  • @AP-sx4nx
God bless these people for adopting such a fearful dog and never giving up on her!!!! 🙏🏻💜
  • @JoEmery-li1ni
Lovely to see her being given calm leadership and her Lovely owners keen to learn to help themselves to help her❤
  • @gardennotch5586
Beautiful, an insecure dog blossoming under a confident leader!
  • @halgaucher6730
She even became a little more curious instead of fearful.
  • @snuassauns
Great job! I really like how the collar was explained. I sure hope that through experiences like this, she can learn to relax and trust people.
  • @heynow01
He's just so natural with his movements. He makes it look so easy. A true pro!
  • I LOVE this type of video. I do enjoy the shorts amd the music, but i love to watch you handle the dogs, and just hear your thoughts on explaining their behavior and how to work on them. ❤❤❤
  • She's doing great and will surely get better with time now. Being afraid all the time has to be worse for the dog than any collar. She's a great dog.
  • Thank you for explaining how to use this prong collar so that it’s beneficial. The dog is very good following Augusto leads . Excellent job DD💖💖💖💖💖
  • @ShaneSchimpf
DD is absolutely phenomenal at helping dogs and their owners. .
