As a Caterpillar technician we have to check main bearing clearances, we use kidney lopped 15W40 to lubricate bearings and other spare parts in order to complete the overhaul, always use tons of torque wrenchs and specific tools as per the Caterpillar. But when I see these technicians and their skills should be appreciated 👌.

It's fantastic how all of you can get round an engine and you all know what each one of you does, I watch all your jobs that are done in your country. Brilliant job.

Another Marvelous Pakistani technicians video. Torque wrenches are for novices. Experts like these guys have built in intuition from years of experience by grace of Almighty God.

These are the guys who are keeping the Bedford trucks,the J5 and the J6 which had stopped production decades ago ,still up and about and functioning in Pakistan .I salute these guys!

You got to appreciate mechanics like this. They get the job done without any fancy tools. I still remember the days I worked on cars, pulling and fixing engines under the hot sun.

No se cuanto salio este trabasjo. Pero su duracion debe ser poca. En la calle con polvo, Armado de anillos, aros sin control de luz. En ningun ajuste torquimetrico, solo a la fuerza del hombre y su intuicion. Selladores de Junta por si. Y una vez cerrado todo ese polvo se transforma en lija por ende degastara todo. Entiendo la precariedad de este hermoso pais , pero trabajar asi no salen mas de la pobreza eterna q tienen. Es un comentario q entiende una situación adversa de estas personas. Y su gran voluntad de trabajar honradamente. Saludos y q cambie esta situuacion

What you got to understand, these guys have been building engines for decades and I’ve been from generation to generation and it works for them for what they have ie tools. Great work brother keep Pakistan 🇵🇰 proud 👍🏻🙏

Greetings fellow wrench twirlers. Nice to see your shop cat, bet that one takes no bs from any rat. Not a bad job on the big inline six. I liked all the clean smooth engine surfaces and plenty of oil on all the moving parts. But, the turbo outlet manifold had either the wrong bolt used or hard grit on the threads. Your tech cranked it in anyway. Scary sounds. Was one oil-pan bolt broken off in the cases? Not a critical bolt of course. At least two guys re torqued each vital bolt or nut. Yes they are tight enough! Be nice to see the fresh engine in place. And running smoothly. Good luck.

Can it be imagined, a two pack bright polished floor and S Steel benches with all the tools. It would be a ballet and people would pay to watch. Superb, just superb.
