Here is a Home Depot speaker & ceiling fan store, this location in Northern Staten Island is located a few yards away from a Lowes Home Improvement store.
This store was most likely opened sometime in the mid 90s as it is equipped with the Harris Pagepac intercom system

That store is using an Avaya UPAM paging adapter hence the tone. Occasionally I do work orders for Home Depot stores and get to set off the fire alarms 😊
