Idk about the rest of the list, but re:zero being number 1 is really all that matters. Basically, he has no powers except the rebirth, which is more like a curse because he doesn't even get to stay dead and is constantly threatened by the various horrors of the world. That whole anime is actually just what I imagine a real hell to be like

Villianess lvl 99 being very easy is kinda unfair considering she started as a child with no powers and no support as she was discriminated against. She only got her strength by risking her life every day for like a decade starting from when she was a child. In gaining her strength she had lots of close shaves with death and even lost limbs. Also everyone around her will always think she’s evil and her fate is to be killed by the mc of the game.
