I remember listening to Jim Reeves when I was in school in the 1960s. Never tire of listening to Gentleman Jim. Brings back many wonderful memories of youth and innocence. Thanks to modern technology we have the chance to enjoy his songs long after he has passed.

Although I have heard hundreds of times I never tire of listening to the one and only Gentleman Jim singing all those beautiful songs ! He will live on in all his songs for a very long time to come although he left us too soon .

Jim Reeves is before my time, but he has a voice that brings tears to my eyes because he sings with such tenderness and feelings. His music is the sountrack to a much simpler time, a time I miss very much. I turned 50 this year and this type of music feeds my soul with such good memories from the past. I feel the same way about Patsy Cline. May both of these great legends rest in peace, and a big god bless you to everyone out there.
