Updates for Palia in 2024 - Possible New Zones, NPC, Events and More!

Before doing any big update, I think they should focus on bug fixing and polishing everything. The crafting table should be waaaaay more practical (maybe classify things by sets). What I expect for 2024 are a new map, a rework of communities (very needed), farm animals, bees and flowers and alchimy. And of course new stories and characters

I’ve noticed a lot of horseshoe designs in Palia, so I really want horses added or at least something similar to horses! It would make travel faster and it would be so fun to pick one out. They could even make additional coats/types available to purchase in the premium shop or themed tack for them, which would be another easy way for Palia to bring in money.

I would love if they introduced another NPC race to join the diverse population of the village. Maybe some people who are seafarers or aquatic.

Oh I would so love to empty my pockets at a drop point in Bahari Bay..like maybe a Zeki outpost ? Or have a critter run your stuff back home..😂

I think everything you wish for will come true with time. Its only logical if you look at other games. I also love Palia community but recently i have become concerned about how much people complain and how negative the forums have gotten. This was not the case when i began in August. Anyway, im super excited about the future in Palia and cant wait for the next update. Thank you for the video :)

10 things i want. i know its a lot of random ideas but there is so much this game an do so even seeing some added over time would be amazing. 1. be able to use items in your storage for quests and bundles so i dont have to keep running home to grab one or two things. 2. a fast travel sign on our housing plot. 3. add in an "art" skill where you do quests to areas for inspiration or bring back and object to earn a blueprint. then you can craft that as decoration as a sculpture/painting, 4. more small quests you can randomly get from NPCs when talking to them with small rewards, mainly just to have the option for more things to do. 5. more design options for the homes and rooms. things like high ceiling, different window/door placements, different architecture style, ceiling and roof color/decor. 6. more interaction letters from NPCs depending on friendship/romance levels that give more info about them or just talking about their day to day things. 7. temporary enhancements for tools or add ons like they have for fishing. maybe something that gives a small boost to the amount you gather of a particular type. 8. more tie in with the astrology/religion lore. like have scheduled astrology events that give different bonuses, rewards, and quests. maybe during one phase fishing gets a big buff because of water constellations, or love is in the air because of a celestial event so NPC friend/romance points are increased and you get quests that go with the theme, maybe theres a nature sign and gathering/harvesting goes up. 9. trinkets that give a small boost to things. like a shoe addon that makes you run just a little faster. 10. extra bonuses for having higher tier tools or high levels in a skill.

I really enjoy watching your content. My wishes. Bugfixes first please 🤭 So that I can finish the temple of Gales. My run is bugged. Have so many wishes for more content, so only mentioning “a few”. Farm animals, a mount, more storage, more decoration items… including books 📚, foliage, pathing. More farm plots. I’m forever struggling with the few we have. I hope the next NPC we’ll get will be more active than Subira. Looking forward to more lore and new areas. Good idea with more guild items, keeps us busy and interested in talking/gifting the npc’s. Hopefully we also see a solution to the flow wood and palium situation.

Hopes for 2024...hmmm...more focus (Why have a cake that gives you over 1,000 focus, just too waste over 300 focus points!?). I hope we will get ammo bags and a lunch pail to carry focus food, and give us more room for the backpack. Maybe raise the gold limit...PLEASE...?? I know this is a point you have made, Wolfie, but we need to have Palium nodes redone! It's so hard to find them, and the old spots seem almost dead, since palium doesn't seem to spawn there like it used too. There are so many quests, furniture recipes, and equipment that needs palium...and yet it is so hard to find now! I have a low end laptop I play Palia on. Well, I was continually getting kicked off game, or being frozen going somewhere. Now I have two huge storage houses on my plot to put all my decorations, furnitures, and such into (Almost entire rooms to place certain sets of furniture in and such). No more getting kicked out of the game, and a lot less freezes too. Definitely need much more storage place...I'm not sure 20,000 is enough (I have a terrible urge to hoard!) Love your videos, they help me very much, and I check out Percival's insights as well. As long as we have people like you two who give us great content to aid us as well as show us possibilities for the future of Palia...I'm in!

Very nice video! I believe that in 2024 there will definitely be a new City with new NPCs and Quests. It also has some temples that are not yet open to all of them, which will definitely open in the course of 2024. I can't wait to see what happens when the portal that is in the Mirror is completed where there is one more left to enter and complete. I want to see what will happen there because I believe it hides a new City with new NPCs.

I just started playing on the Switch and I first wish that they fix all the bugs and the lag. After that, I hope they make it easier to find some of the rare stuff, like Palium. I got 1 when I went out for several hours. I got over 100 iron and twice as much stone, even got a few gold, but only 1 Palium. The spawn locations and re-spawn rates need to be changed.

Hello Wolfie. Nice vídeo, btw. I hope they first fix everything. Them launch new things. We must have a huge hotfix. 🎉 I wish a new area too, with new foraging and itens, a good hunting spot with big animals, to hunt with your friends, or the monster on the wood, will be nice. The new place with some restrictions, or a long quest line, and mounts, we need a horse, a dragon, or a teleport near the plot hahaha 😂

I would like Sir Roderick Pennybottom to be an NPC. Loved those Juggling 101 books.

Alchemy would be cool as alchemy has brew with liquid and turning metals/ore into other materials. Also let us trade certain things or auction them !

Interesting enough I stumled on this game yesterday im Pleased with how in placin stuff for your Home Is so precise! The Questionability of the in game (Community) is Ever being judged wheather their bots Or Seperate Server burns (Ive been relocated through the obviously Seperate Chat system at least 3-5 times already and only started playing yesterday. Several greaters are placed along the way of the Noobies Route to the first town- a Friendly Jesture or a prostitution since None of them reply to any messages On the lastly note the purple characters were more of a seditionists doing than intended have to wonder what other unsightly effects are going on, though I am excited to play again later tomorrow

I just hope the game survives it's seemingly slow progress. Two zones is just not enough for a game claiming to be an MMO. The game hints at so much, I'm just impatient to see it. I was looking forward to this game for a long time. I had heard of it, a game that will be an MMO but LIKE stardew, casual. And it really is pretty casual, on that it has done a fantastic job. But it doesn't feel very multiplayer, mostly it's the players that are driving the community activities. The biggest community impact has been the cooking parties and even those were not conceived or intended by the devs, not in the way they occurred, hence the nerf. The new creature seems a little jank, although I appreciate the attempt at doing something a bit different. I would love new guild paths, new villages in new zones filled with new NPCs for the new year. I really like the cute aesthetics of the game and the darker undertones of the characters. I just want to want to play the game again, but right now, I don't... :( PS: Great content Wolfie! I like keeping up to date with the game via your fantastic work :)
