This is the real John Lennon here. His defenses are down. He trusts the interviewer and he's being himself. A very sweet and thoughtful person.

Lennon is sheer delight to see him be himself, without Yoko and in good spirits. The charisma of the man never fades. Miss you John.
-
Bob Harris, such a good interviewer, totally relaxes John and gently encourages him to open up.

How could anyone kill this man? He's intelligent, genuine, humorous, thoughtful and kind. He's a delight. What a horrible loss.
-
John is so very missed by many.
-
Probably John's best interview ever in my opinion.
-
John looks and sounds really healthy. Mentally and physically. He seems very relaxed here.
-
Such a beautiful voice he has amazing charisma a musical genius. He should still be alive... ššš

I love that he gave a shout out to his son Julian, and his Aunt Mimi back in Britain. ā¤

You could argue that the world has never gotten over his death

The Greatest rock star of all time. And we all shine on!
-
John was just so charismatic. So few of today's musicians have anything to say.

āWeāll meet again; donāt know where; donāt know when.ā We miss you John.

This interview should be an addendum to the "Get Back" documentary. This is John as he truly was a few years after the Beatles broke up. He's relaxed, enjoying life, making great music, he has a happy family life and has a good relationship with all of his old band mates. "Rock and Roll", the album by John is one of my favorites because he is sharing his passion for music with his audience. I was a young man when John was taken from this world and I am an old man now. In all of my years no truer words were ever recorded than, "All you need is love..." See you, someday, on the other side of the universe.

This interview is so relaxed and calm compared to most of the other Lennon interveiws ive seen. The interveiwer was very calm and didn't interrupt him. Class act
-
Iām glad they got along, eventually and returned to being friends

"Whispering Bob" is probably the best interviewer ever. All of the rock stars he interviewed were really relaxed, honest and candid. I'm sure he was well liked and respected by all of them.
-
I could listen all day, to learn so much about music business from John just casually speaking.

John was a true lover of rock n roll, and in my opinion had one of the best rock n roll voices.
