Deadpool's equipment has been upgraded: he has Adamantium katanas, or they're made of a metal that deflects it. Also that might be why he states he'll put a bullet through his skull. (Scene with the white bearded old guy who's sheathing his blades.) That is Ant-Man's helmet and skull from being Giant-Man. Liefeld's Just Feet and Liefeld on the road sign. Cassandra Nova is Professor X's twin sister from the womb. "Vast psychic powers, including include telepathy, telekinesis, and a bio-phasing ability. She was able to block the considerable telepathic abilities of Charles Xavier, create psionic armor, disintegrate the complete tissue of Wolverine's arm, and make her body completely intangible to an extent that even allowed her to withstand a direct blast from Cyclops." That is Azazel and Lady Deathstrike. It's possible some of the others are from X3's mutant roster with Magneto. This sounds like it might be the Logan movie version of Wolverine, prior to the movie's timeline. (The fields of wheat could be key, since that was part of the reason the mutants went extinct.) Doctor Strange portal? That means a magician is involved somehow, wonder who. Also, the puppy is Dogpool.

Not only does that look like Antman's head but it looks like his body might have been hollowed out into a layer. Because as they are jumping into the portal you can see his arms outstretched and as the mask is lifting you can see his teeth as the villain is walking out to the stairs.

The villain is the sister of Professor X. She could also turn out to be a variant in this universe of the Ancient One from Doctor Strange, given she's demonstrating similar powers.
