    I used to work in a brokerage firm and some random person called in being extremely rude when I was just trying to be helpful. He made a rude comment asking if I was mentally disabled, to which I responded, "I really can't deal with your shit right now" and hung up on him. My manager was super cool and just laughed, gave me a high five, then told me to take a 10 min break to gather myself a bit. lol
