I've been using a masher for ground beef and other meats since the 80's. Learned from my elders. I have that same masher, got from Dollar Tree back when it cost .99 cents

🆎 this is an upgrade from my college days. We used to cook them in a hot pot with hot dogs. Especially when we didn’t like what was being served for a meal in the cafeteria.

I just made this for dinner and I added sliced ginger, oyster sauce and hot sesame oil. I also cooked it in a Dutch oven.

I made a similar version. Spicy, citrus-soy, and garlic. I used Turkey meat as opposed to beef, and it's absolutely delicious 😋
