Ayşenur Hanım. In my humble opinion, you better include (Turkish Vegan Food) or only (Vegan Food) in the video titles when necessary. Your channel is simply great! As a Turk, I am so proud to see such a great work from a Turkish woman. Great representation, simple yet informative, clean, and attentive. Go Turks!!!!

In this ezme salad the Urfa chili (isot) is great. Each time I go to Ístanbul I go to Eminönü to buy some turkish chili and peperone seeds. That's why in my garden in south Switzerland I can grow kilos of çarliston, kapya, acı dolma, sivri... I also ask my friends who go visit their family in Bosnia to get me some local seeds. Every summer I can cook many things, especially salads, with many many different tastes and colours! With the sivri biber (kil biber) I make yağlı turşu with coriander seeds and garlic. It would be great to shoot a video in a market in which you show and explain to your followers all the biber and what are the typical use.

Hi Aysenur, It's hard to find turkish style pepper paste where i live so i used korean pepper paste (called gochujang). It's quite different than turkish pepper paste but comes out very taste.
