Bio About Carlita:
Carlita is a Dallas native who self taught herself as a teenager how to apply makeup. She went on to attend Ogles School of Hair Design where she received her Cosmetology Degree/License. She went on to have a very successful career as a Hairstylist and Freelance Makeup Artist. Managing various haircutting chains in the Dallas area such as Great Clips, Pro Cuts, Sport Clips, and Cool Cuts for Kids.
In 2013 Carlita launched a line of lipsticks which did surprisingly well and took off fairly quickly. Soon after her Cosmetics Line launched celebrities and Celebrity Makeup Artist begin to reach out for her products. Emmy Nominated Makeup Artist, Vincenza Carovillano became an instant fan of her liquid lipstick.
Carlita products also landed in the hands of Reality TV Stars Yandy Smith, British Williams, and Jasmine Bleu from VH1 Love & Hip-hop Franchise.
In 2015 Carlita added accessories to her line which was an immediate success. Celebrities such as Me'Lisa Morgan, Kym Whitley, B2K's Raz B, Rappers Lord Jamar, Rakim, Charli Baltimore, Jodeci's Mr. Dalvin, Singer Lyfe Jennings, Jhen, Maxie Priest and others were photographed wearing her Luxury Eyewear. The late great Shelly Garrett and his wife Doris Garrett placed their stamp of approval when Mr. Garrett was known for hitting red carpets wearing our Eyewear.
Carlita is currently in the process of relaunching Carlita Cosmetics and introducing her Skincare products.
And she'll also be launching a Men's line as well that will consist of high-end accessories and of course Skincare for Men.
