People keep on organizing/ buying bins/ organizers and such but what they really need to do is to get rid of a lot of those crap that's just excessive. How many pillows do you need to store in your closet? 😂 If pillows are not in use that means you don't need them 😂 time to get rid of stuff/ declutter then you don't need to buy more stupid organizers and bins

Couldn't agree more with successfully "finishing one spot motivates one to do more!". I've gone through my house and got rid of any extra decor pillow inserts. I had some pillows that were not made with covers but my dry cleaners has alteration services and they've agreed to put in zippers making them into covers. They kept the stuffing and I got those covers now. No more pillow storage! Enjoyed the video very much! Thank you for sharing your ideas!

Great storage ideas! My son is in the process of buying his first house. I think storage containers would make a good house warming gift idea. Him and his two young children have lived with us for the last 8 years and I know they will need some organization. 😄

Welcome to America when organizers are most expensive than the things you need to organize!! A few years ago when all this fever about organizing and the Mary Kondo method showed up I decided to tackle the issue until I realize that it was cheaper just to get rid of most of my possessions leaving just what it's really necessary and voila!! Lots and lots of space, closets organized, less drawers and furniture, less pantries, freezers, pots pans and kitchen gadgets, refrigerators, less "decoration and accessories" you name it. I love my house now, clean efficient, organized, minimalist. I really enjoy it. For instance: Do this woman really need to have all those pillows?? All my friends have an average of 30 pairs of socks, 30- 60 panties, 20 jeans, 20 sweaters, 5-7 winter jackets, 40-60 T-shirts, 60 pair of shoes.... lots and lots of sheets, make up, etc. My 5 cents here: Have less and be happier!

I begin doing a mega cleaning in January like alway. But begin to organize to and now im adiccted to organizing .I just love it.

Emily, Thank you for sharing! I really like the bamboo organizers for the kitchen, the clear dividers, and the storage that you used in your linen closet. I tend to reorganize or rejuvenate every three months. Habit I got into when my children were younger.

I love organising, my friends borrow me on a regular basis, we pick just a small area at a time, try not to spend too much money and sometimes even swap storage between friends as some better in other locations x
