We love a good day trip! Even more so when itโs by train. Today we finally got to try South Koreaโs bullet train, also known as KTX. We traveled a loooong 414 km from Seoul to Busan, which not only felt like a breeze since it was so fastโฆ but also because we upgraded to first class! We're tucking into some seriously good Korean food along the way and getting our fill of the fantastic views whizzing past us. Join us for the ride and enjoy a taste of Korea!

I went to South Korea five years ago, and I think I was in the future for more than 10 to 20 years than here in the U.S., and I remember that the cities and regions where very modern architecture and classical architecture are harmonized. The food was so diverse and delicious, the people were so kind, and the streets were so clean that it remained a very good memory. I still want to visit South Korea again.

The vending machine is not broken, but you need to put the card first to make the manual work. I hope you have a great time in Korea!!!

The easy way to tear off the bags of all Korean snacks is to tear off the edge of the saw-teeth.

KTX first class is about $60, a normal class about $40, it takes only about 2 hours and half and the normal class also has good seats... the main difference is 3 or 4 seats per row.

Thank you for your trip to Korea. I have indicated the explanation below, but I have written it down for your reference. The Korean KTX-1 was first operated in 2004 after obtaining a license to make TGV trains in France in the 90s. So the train you're on has a bit of a European feel to it. After that, I would like you to use the KTX Sancheon, SRT and KTX Eum trains.
