What I eat in a day to lose weight! Quick & Easy meals for weight loss! After sharing my 50lb weight loss journey I got asked to do a what I eat in a day to lose weight, so here are some meals I eat to help me lose weight! I do switch up my meals but I keep my calories lower (in a deficit), protein around 100 g and fiber around 30 g. I didn't add any greens on this day but I typically add them to my smoothie or salad if I'm having one. Hope you got some inspo from this what I eat in a day to lose weight video!

    Yes sis I’m Muslim and we fast for a whole month once a year where you can’t eat or drink anything between sunrise and sunset sometimes during summer that means fasting for up to 20 hours in certain parts of the world. We also fast sometimes Mondays and Thursdays and it’s keeps you healthy.

    I subbed cuz everything u had just made sense to me. Alot of ppl "add" things to what i eat in a day vids lately just to fit in and not get mean comments abt the smaller portions they are eating for weight loss. When in fact the reality of weight loss IS minding ur food intake. I was really thrown off seeing so many girls eat so much but lost weight when in fact, it probably wasnt true. This video just showed me truth and reality and relatability πŸ’•
