The commercials from the '60s and '70s were just about as memorable as the shows. From the Frito Bandito to Old Iron Eyes Cody with that unforgettable tear in his eye, these were the classic TV spots I remember most.

This had a great selection of commercials that I could totally relate to; part of my childhood, I saw these probably hundreds of times for the most part... Fun trip down memory lane!

Is it weird this actually brought tears to my eyes? Boy, do I wish we could rewind the clock and go back to simpler times. The world is so awful these days šŸ˜¢
  • At 64, I just now spent the last 15 minutes as a ten year old. Great memoriesā€¦.thanks!

If there were ever a way to be stuck in time this is where I would love to be when life was simpler thanks for the memories..
  • Amazing how 50 years later I could remember these commercials word for word!
  • The commerical with the Indian with a tear in his eye when trash is throw on ground is the most impressionable commerical todate in my life. I have all my life thought twice about throwing trash out the car window from this commerical.

I grew up in the 70's and this was my favorite decade! I remember all these commercials and this brought me right back to that great time in my life. I wish it was still like those great days. Times have changed drastically and for the worse!

Back when I was ten and watching these commercials on TV, they really didn't mean much to me. Now, some 45 years later, I am very happy to see them. Makes me wish I could go back to those days and have my family the way we were. Mom, Dad and my little sister. Hope you are resting peacefully, Dad. You did a great job with us!

I couldnā€™t stop smiling the whole way through. I havenā€™t seen these commercials in decades but they are so fresh in my memory. Itā€™s like I never left the 60ā€™s and 70ā€™s.
  • Its such a shame that commercials like this are not made any more.

Truly amazing that over half a century later..and i can still sing along with all these jingles..

If you would have told me at 9 years old how much I'd treasure these "annoying" commercials so many decades later, I'd have thought you were crazy. CANNOT believe how old these look--or how old I look now, too.

I was able to sing along and recite every one of those commercials. And yet, I have no idea where my keys are right now.
  • Iā€™m 61 and watching this in 2024, thanks for taking us all back to a brighter place! ā¤ļøšŸ†
