hi!! Ik sunscreen is meant to go last. I recently started doing this like a week before filming this bc my makeup was setting weird. Iāll stop now. For those saying thatās why my face is breaking out, my face has been breaking out since January 2022 and is from change of climate( ik this bc I just moved back to the climate I used to live in and my face just cleared AND Iām about to start my periodš« ) and hormones. Also for those worried I also apply the Kate Summerville spray sunscreen throughout the day over my makeup. I am very well protectedšš«¶š»

As a girl with acne, this was very much needed. It really make me feel less confident when I see all of those people with glass skin do makeup, Iām really happy for them but it isnāt reality. Thank youš
-
girl when you talked about having clear skin at 18-19 & then cystic acne at 20āI FELT that. I used to think my acne was bad as a teenager, but damn does this 20 year old acne have HANDSSSš®āšØ
-
I'm almost in tears. I needed this. That clip of you showing your skin from a few days ago, made it feel so tangible. The fact that acne can go up and down even if you do nothing to as such 'trigger' it. I love this. Thank you, Kayliš
-
I have been suffering from cystic acne for 12 years and Iāve been on Isotretinoin for 5 month, literally the best thing that ever happened to me! Dermatologist prescibed it to me and Iām already finishing my course. Hope it works for you as well, darling.

I WISH I had people like you in my life when I was STRUGGLING through my teens and up with horrible horrible persistent acne. You are helping so many people right now and I think you are WONDERFUL š Thank you

i've been struggling with recent breakouts and tiny bumps all over my skin and haven't been feeling the best and most confident in myself lately. this video helped me not feel alone and that acne and breakouts are normal, and that it is okay to have bad days along with the good ones. thank you kayli, missed you and your vids so muchš¤

You're the first makeup channel I've watched that I actually relate to skin-wise. Thanks so much for sharing your status and normalizing skin issues!

this was so needed:) Ive been struggling with PCOS for over half of my life and was just recently diagnosed. With all the terrible symptoms it includes such as weight gain, extreme mental health episodes, vertigo, excess hair growth, etc; the hardest for me was the cystic acne. I never struggled with acne until I turned 20. You're truly awesome and a massive inspiration to us struggling every single day just to get out of bed <3 peace and love

Hi Kayli! Iāve had such a similar skin journey as yours. Had acne in my teens, it cleared for a year or two and once I hit 20, it came back more stubborn. Iāve been on spirloctone since February and itās definitely a slow slow and steady process. Consistency is key (which Iām sure you know) and itās going to be an extremely gradual improvement. I still get decently bad breakouts and Iāve been on it for 4 months. Basically, im saying not to get discouraged if youāre not seeing much improvement because it WILL get better. Love you! Happy to see you back!

omg iām so happy ur back, ur videos literally make my day and u look beautiful with and without makeup!!!š

I love you and like this is a reminder for everyoneā¦ ACNE DOES NOT MAKE YOU UGLY!!!!!
-
You can tell that youāre taking great care of your skin! Even though you have acne, youāre glowing āŗļø your face looks beautiful!
-
Hey frienddd, donāt start out with a sunscreen- they are usually really thick and your other products wonāt be able to get in. The way to do skincare is lightest to heaviest :) so sunscreen is generally last on the list. Also donāt put on sunscreen at night , and before you go to bed make sure the sunscreen you put on in the day has been washed off w a cleanser because water is not enough to get it thoroughly off :) Hope this helps ā¤ļø
-
I'm obsessed with your videos-you're the first YouTuber I found that actually explains and does tutorials in a way that make sense, and we have similar hair and skin! thank you!!
-
Your hair looks so good in this! It seams like youāve settled back into the blond and youāre glowing. These videos make me so happy, thanks!šš
-
Girl your skin is literally sounding like mine š thank you so much I really needed to hear someone with similar struggles talk about how makeup isnāt supposed to look perfect. Everyone I get makeup advice from has flawless skin and I try their techniques and products but they never help ā¤thank you so much girly your gorgeous š„āØ
-
Girl you are gorgeous š I am 36 and I finally stopped breaking out. It's rough, but you handle it with such grace. Much love ā„ļø
-
Your eyelashes are so pretty. Also your brows and your skin color/complexion even with the acne. When I see other women with acne it doesn't really bother me and I don't think it takes away from their beauty, but when it happens to me it feels face-ruining for some reason. It helps to look at other people to keep perspective. Our own flaws seem more extreme than they do to other people, by far.

You are literally my comfort person in this whole world, you have so much in common with me that sometimes it scares me how much it actually is lmao I love you and your content sm, stay safeš¤
