After the previous mashup, many of you asked for this, so here it is - Vivaldi's Winter! This along with Summer are my favorites from The Four Seasons. This set of works is why most people know about Vivaldi, but did you know he wrote over 500 concertos? As a composer he was incredibly prolific, and during his time he was also a teacher and a priest. His music went on to influence the later works of Bach too, who had a great admiration for his work. I hope you have an excellent Thursday ♥

Hundred's of years later and still one of the hardest beat drop ever
-
This is how asian parents expect you to play after your first piano class
-
This has got to be my favorite out of Vivaldi's seasons.
-
This really shows how unique every instrument is, like, he was playing the right notes, at the right tempo, but it sounded really different to the violin version. It shows how every instrument is special to an orquestra in their own way.
-
My piano teacher: it’s not possible to do this on the piano Rousseau: well yes but actually no
-
I don't understand why people dislike this. Is it just because? This was masterfully done.
-
Is no one going to mention how amazing he transcribed this piece? Winter by Vivaldi was made for the Violin, and this man managed to transcribe it so it can be played by the piano
-
1:21 This part gives me chills.
-
The atmosphere at 2:40 just sounds so wonderful, it makes me imagine snow outside my window when I wake up
-
Vivaldi:- "I will compose a song, no one would be able to play on the piano." ************ Rousseau:- "Thanks Viv".
-
When mom wanted you to be the next Beethoven but Vivaldi is life.
-
Those opening notes evoke winter more perfectly than I ever would have imagined a sound could do. The entire piece is just sparkling with energy.
-
By the way - this wasn't the video I was planning to upload today :O I have a very special cover for you that I'm almost able to share!! I'm very excited to show you!
-
Rousseau: Where do I trill? Vivaldi - Winter: Yes.
-
I don't really cry, but the part at 2:40 almost brings me to tears. It feels as if someone has been left alone and is begging for someone to help. Really paint's a picture and is truly one of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard!
-
My GOD that was a GORGEOUS version of Winter. THANK YOU!!!!!
-
My goodness this WAS the original metal.
-
this is the most beautiful thing i’ve ever heard i’m actually sobbing

I really love the dissonant chords at the beginning of the arrangement. They create a feeling that feels like the anxiety I get when winter is just around the corner, the days are getting shorter and colder, etc. This is a fantastic arrangement and one of my favorite seasons from Vivaldi! Thank you so much for creating it.
