1st and foremost I'm a huge fan of the Legendary Sanger Chaka Khan. But I had to listen to this version of Sweet Thing' By Mary J. Blige. And to be honest I think she did an amazing Job!!!! I don't feel none of these new singers from this millennium generation could have touched this..

Mary J. Blige is the Queen of R&B, period. Her singing and music is timeless and hella heartfelt. Street but still accessible to the mainstream. IMHO Her version of this Chaka Khan classic is fire. I had the pleasure of seeing her sing life and she didn't disappoint. We love you Mary J. Blige.

Chaka, come on now, Mary did a great job on this song. Actually, she did this song justice. Of course the original was great but I loved this version. What’s the 411 got me through basic training but I never heard it like this until now. Great job Mary!!!!

Mary is the Queen of covers and samples. If she gets ahold of your song forget it. Many people forget I'm going down is a cover. When you think of I'm going down you think of Mary, not the original artist (Rolls Royce).
