One of my favourite exercises to help bring stability to Hypermobile hips and knees. You just need a ball or cushion and a chair. In this video we gradually build up the challenge on our hypermobility so start low and progress when you feel ready. This brings hip stability and knee stability through hypermobile exercises.

Let me know how it goes for you in the comment section down below!

I am very grateful for my fellow Zebra Philip Quigley, a musician from Leyland in Lancashire UK, who wrote the music for this video and just for this channel. Thank you. I am delighted to have my own theme tune.

  • Just came across this after many years of suffering from hypermobile back, hips, and knees. Exercise is becoming difficult with back weakness. Thank you, I will try the exercises.

  • Thank you so much for all the videos you put out, Jeannie. I'm in my mid 40s & have had hip problems all my life, and since a fall last year my knees have decided to join the party🙄! I'll be adding these exercises into my existing routine, along with many of your other exercises which are helping me to keep moving ❤️🦓
