Just came across this after many years of suffering from hypermobile back, hips, and knees. Exercise is becoming difficult with back weakness. Thank you, I will try the exercises.

Thank you so much for all the videos you put out, Jeannie. I'm in my mid 40s & have had hip problems all my life, and since a fall last year my knees have decided to join the party🙄! I'll be adding these exercises into my existing routine, along with many of your other exercises which are helping me to keep moving ❤️🦓

I feel like my leg or hip protrudes forward compared to the other and i can streatch the hip more than the other and i feel somtimes sore is this Hypermobility hips
