How to Stamp Cold Process Soap

I'm testing my soap stamps in 1 week increments on cold process soap and also trying out melt and pour soap. There is a 'sweet spot' with soap stamping and it really depends on your soap recipe. I hope this helps but here are a few resources if you still have questions.

I saw a video of someone using plastic wrap between the soap and the stamp, and it seemed to work very well

This is so helpful. I have never stamped soap and I will try this very soon. I ordered a stamp that was meant for embossing cookies though and I am hopeful it will work, fingers crossed.

Can you make the stamp in such a way that it does not leave an imprint of the outline of the stamp, but still makes a deep impression of the lettering? 3. The design on the stamp may be too shallow. The edge of the stamp is visible on the soaps after stamping.
