Love Hyrox because I literally know zero people who can walk on their hands. Everyone can do Hyrox and it’s a great way to determine who is the fittest on earth is, not who can do a handstand obstacle course, which has nothing to do with fitness. Thanks!

Other than being an athletic competition using functional movements, it’s nothing like CrossFit. It’s a set course and you compete against your previous best time. So you can work at your known weaknesses etc. it’s not like the random events CrossFit competition at all.

hyrox has high glycolytic demands. that energy system has to be trained (on top of the aerobic foundation).
