This might come off weird, but seeing the comments and seeing how many more people have a lot of anxiety too really helps
  • For all of us going through this, helps to know that anxiety is ONLY an emotion and I can control it!!
  • This literally took my heart rate from 132 down to 95 . You’re a blessing.

Thank you this is helping me. Having anxiety is really hard. I hate my thoughts. I know it’s not real but it just keep coming back. It’s hard to breathe and your chest is so tight and heavy.

To you reading this right now... you are beautiful. Everything will work itself out. Everyone here knows how you feel right now. This feeling sucks, but know that you will be be ok. This too shall pass...Don’t fight the anxiety, just allow it to work it’s way through. Embrace the moment as you become at peace with things. Now I want you to close your eyes and place your hands in front of you and lightly wiggle your fingers like you’re playing a piano. You are shedding this off as we speak. It’s dripping off your fingertips...Feel it melt off yourself. See, there it goes......we love you . At peace... at peace.... at peace... at peace....🙏🏻🌼🍀☀️✨🌼🍀🌼🍀🐣🌼🍀☀️✨🙏🏻
  • I’m literally crying because it worked and I’ve been experiencing anxiety for 5 days straight and normally I can get it under control but it’s been disrupting my life. Thank you.
  • It’s kinda work but idk why I burst into tears when she ask “How are you feeling?”

I have only started experiencing these random attacks since Christmas and I can’t explain why, I thought it was health issues but nothing came back, reading these comments it’s nice to know I’m not alone in the battle, this technique is so useful ❤️ and I hope everyone commenting can pull themselves through this

This video saved me in the middle of a horrible panic attack. I seriously thought I was going to die, and just the soft guiding voice alone was like a lighthouse ushering me to shore. Thank you for making this video.
  • This really helps especially with this unexplainable fear or doom in my chest area that I randomly get. It’s like an extremely nervous/anxious feeling if I were to give it my best to explain it and if you’re feeling this too then I can say that videos like this and many more do give a long lasting relief. It’s a long process but we’ll get thru it
  • I don't even know why, but I burst into tears every time I start doing exercises like this, it definitely did make a change tho
  • @annavainman31
I usually don't talk about my anxiety since talking about it makes me more anxious. After trying this exercise and reading every single comment afterwards made me feel stronger, more confident and not as lonely as I usually feel. I'm so grateful for all of the above!!!🙏 ❤

Thank you. I started to cry. I felt so anxious when I didn't even know why. Searched youtube for feeling anxious and was about to listen a high frequence calming music, but decided to click this one instead as I saw it was short and went right on the matter. After two breaths doing this, I just started to cry. I will keep this in my mind next time I'm starting to feel anxious. Thank you again, you have calming voice.
