1:16 it uses multiple custom models, but it requires not a mod, but a program, that can convert any blender models to minecraft models. and depending on how many triangles there are (They are used to improve performance, and add triangles and put textures on there, because the more triangles, the more laggy). i dont quite know how the program works, but theres a video from Mysticat that did that.

There's actually an old mod before called "Custom Steve" which adds an actual 3D Anime Figure into Minecraft without having to be cube or square, it's an actual 3D Model.
