Can someone explain why origin palkia only randomly got the move spacial rend whereas every origin dialga got its signature move? I got a 96% shiny origin palkia but it didn’t get spacial rend and the ones I do have with spacial rend only are around 89% 😢

I've been running raikou in the ultra league. It's a monster. So many teams are double or triple weak. I use it as my closer. Super glassy but hits so hard
