I loved Grant.....sad that he's not with us anymore.... crying inside
-
I still wish he could have curved the bullet. Rest In Peace Grant.

I never realized how dangerous testing this was before. I know they are all very experienced with firearms but now that I’ve had some range experience, seeing someone shoot off a round while wildly swinging their weapon terrifies me
-
This has got to be the most dangerous thing to test :P

Rip grant

Who’s here after Grant’s passing... Rest In Peace...

Objects in motion generally curve in the direction of their spin (think golf or pool). Bullets do have spin, but exactly the kind that keeps it straight. To make a bullet curve like the movie, you'd have to change the axis of rotation. My guess is it would also be wildly inaccurate then, or you'd need an insane distance to hit target the way the movie portrays.
-
The bullet would curve if the arm moved at relatively the same speed as the bullet
-
If the bullet traveled far enough it would curve... due to gravity :)
-
Now being superhuman might not curve it, but I think a strong enough wind MIGHT work.... Somebody call an airbender....
-
It's been a year sense we lost grant 🥺 rest easy bud.
-
Man just put someone in front of the target and they will curve it
-
We know we are getting older when our beloved hosts die one by one. Rest in peace, Grant. Thank you for being a part of my childhood.
-
It does curve, but it curves DOWN after a reasonable distance.
-
Rest in peace Grant. You were always so awesome to watch as I was a kid growing up.
-
All of them were awesome, but Grant was the coolest guy. R.I.P you beautiful soul!
-
This is fake. The bullet was a paid actor
-
This wasn't the ultimate test, though. It totally would have curved if the protagonist's love interest's life was dependent on that bullet curving.
-
They could have just proved it with a notebook and pencil. But again, they're mythbusters!

That thumbnail of grant has to be the best frame from all the footage on this experiment.
