Legendary rapper Project Pat came through to tell his life’s story with VladTV, starting with growing up with his younger brother, rapper Juicy J, in a drug-riddled neighborhood in Memphis. Pat went on to speak about being in the streets before Juicy J got him into rapping, which Pat admits was Juicy’s dream from a young age. Project Pat is a living legend to me. Pat and the Three 6 Mafia was what me and the bois in Baltimore was bumping from highschool all the way to the early 2000s. I still stand by saying Mista Don't Play is a 10/10 album even till this day! So glad to see this man still around to get his flowers and tell his story.

Breaks my heart when he said people looked up to him as a leader because he could read. Clearly a leader and incredible man but that says so much about how broken our society and educational system is. All respect to Project Pat as not just a musician, but a true example of how far someone can go in this world with hard work and faith.
