Hong Kong Lemongrass Pork | Techniques of Chinese Marination [ENG]

The Hong Kong lemongrass pork is an adaption of the classic Vietnamese grilled pork chop. The dish retains the Vietnamese flavor using the techniques of Chinese marination. The techniques and the marinade shown in this video are very basic that can be applied to other meat.

Although the dish is not originated in China, it already has about 80 years of history in Hong Kong and is now considered to be the "Cha Chaan Teng" style pork.
