  • @BostonsF1nest
I’m surprised Stone Cold Steve Austin didn’t run out and waste Kurt Angle with a chair shot to cost him the gold medal
  • @GreenLightUSA
im so sorry Kurt, i use to yell "YOU SUCK" so freaking hard at my screen. YOU'RE A TRUE LEGEND!
  • @VickStarkiller
We’ve heard about this for twenty years and I’m only just now seeing the actual footage.
  • @smokeclouds8
Kurt Angle: "I love you America" America: "I love you too gold medalist"
  • @MrTyler189
Anyone who has never wrestled will never comprehend how powerful these dudes are right now
  • @GetSpurgd
He was absolutely the greatest wrestler on the planet at the time. Broken neck, barely functioning and he still won gold. Absolutely an American hero
  • @TheDonkeyJote
He won a gold medal with a broken "freakin" neck, thank you very much
  • @thizlam4810
Kurt: “I got a broken neck.” Interviewer: “your neck is broken?” Kurt: “Spinal.”
  • This is so sick. Few moments like this in sports; Tiger’s fly tournament, Jordan’s flu game, Angle’s broken neck victory, just pure gold that’ll last forever.
  • I read Kurt’s book, and his training for the Olympics was absolutely insane. It was otherworldly. His sacrifices and dedication were something else. He’s a real life Superman. A true hero. This moment is iconic. I still keep a Kurt Angle action figure.
  • @punkmunch
nobody has ever looked for this footage we’ve all just accepted the fact that Kurt freakin Angle won an Olympic Gold Medal with a broke freakin neck
  • @juancano8386
I feel so bad growing up and mocking him while he was with the WWF. He’s a freaking beast
  • “The name’s Kurt Angle and what the heck… I won a gold medal, with a broken freakin’ neck” 😎🔥🙏💯
  • He really did earn that medal he’s always talking about. I see why it’s so important to him. Serious guys man
  • @rmye0721
I've heard about this for years and I'm only seeing it now because YouTube recommended it to me randomly.
  • @jimb0072
I love how everybody got this recommended at the same time 😂
  • Seeing him get emotional after winning is really special because he shows the feelings that come out when dreams actually come true. For most people they don't, but for Kurt it actually did.
  • That interview is pure emotion, so glad this footage exists. Hard not to root for this guy ❤️
