every video I am left amazed at how you are so self-disciplined everyday. In the future can you maybe do a video on how to be self-disciplined and ACTUALLY sticking to a routine and not just writing it down and never doing anything like I do? One of the things I struggled with this year is sticking to a routine and I can never commit and it annoys me so much.
