New York: India’s Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations Ambassador R Ravindra made a scathing attack on Pakistan over terrorism. He lashed out at Pakistan saying “certain countries using terrorism as an instrument of state policy” and that “such an approach has potential to affect cooperation”.
