No big chain, no Louis Vuitton dress shirt, no Roley or Gucci belt in sight —-respect that.

Don't forget youtube is social media too, fam. Don't be clicking all the suggested videos without thinking about it first, next thing you know your whole day is gone

I deleted all my social media accounts , change my number & deleted all toxic people they wasn’t empowering my life and my life has been so peaceful ... this year is my time to be more control and focus in my life as well as myself ..

Notice how he will pause to think before he speaks.
  • I deleted the apps. Still have the accounts but use them mainly as contacts. It’s a waste of time to seek validation from others. Just do your own thing and good will come. Stay blessed and believe in the goodness that is within us all.

I'm a photographer and just yesterday to focus on my craft I decided to delete all my socials and focus literally after watching this video. The same day I went out to shoot cause I was bored and a random ass guy saw me with my camera and decided to talk to me and book me for a shoot for next week. Crazy

I take looong breaks from social media as well because it brings such negativity to my life. I do understand what he means.
  • He’s talking about self reflection and knowing yourself, and finding out why you do the things you do. A lot of people don’t do this. It’s so incredibly important to be self aware and reflect on yourself. He is so right
  • The fact that “stepping away from social media” is newsworthy is already kind of a red flag
  • This man is such a philosopher. You gotta love it when someone is speaking something genuine

Some people can’t last 10 minutes without checking their social media.

Social media is like a blessing and a curse. I've made great connections online, inspired many and made thousands 💰. It's great for business & networking. It's all about how you use it. But protect your energy

So true. I use to be into social media and was so jaded by it that I dropped it all cold turkey. I was tired of the fakery, the egos (including mine), the wanna be philosophical messages, keyboard relationships, and the DRAMA. I don’t concern myself with other people’s lives more than mine anymore. I don’t measure myself to what people think is cool or fun. I live in reality. It’s been 5 years now and I don’t miss it one bit.

“I know life without it “ so much truth in that statement. These kids coming up into this new age with technology And young kids with their tablets it’s a cause for screen addiction.
